Bathrooms - Vanity area

• Clean light fixtures above mirrors
• Clean mirrors
• Clean and sanitize sinks and vanity top
• Dust all items on vanity and place orderly
• Polish faucets

Bathtub

• Scrub tub to remove any soap scum or mildew buildup
• Scrub tile walls and grout
• Wipe down exterior and sides of tub
• Polish faucet and shower head
• Wipe down items around tub and place orderly

Shower

• Scrub shower walls, grout, and floor to remove soap scum and mildew buildup
• Remove soap scum from shower glass, buff with windex.
• Polish trim around glass
• Polish shower fixtures
• Wipe down shower items and place orderly

Toilet

• Scrub and bleach inside of toilet to remove stains
• Clean and sanitize exterior of toilet
• Wipe down any items on toilet
• Dust toilet paper holder

Kitchen

• Scrub sinks to remove spots and stains
• Polish faucet
• Clean stove drip pans and stove grills
• Clean inside of microwave
• Wipe down all appliances
• Dust top of fridge
• Clean and sanitize countertops making sure to clean behind and underneath items on counters
• Dust any shelving areas
• Sweep and mop floors and vacuum any rugs

Bedrooms

• Change linens on beds
• Wash, dry, and fold soiled linens
• Dust bedroom furniture (We do not use feather dusters)
• Dust blinds, baseboards, and ceiling fans if on rotation schedule
• Vacuum floors
• Sweep and mop any hard flooring

Living Areas

• Dust all furniture (We do not use feather dusters)
• Dust items on furniture
• Vacuum couches and chairs if requested by client
• Dust blinds, baseboards, and ceiling fans if on rotation schedule
• Vacuum floors
• Sweep and mop any hard flooring
• Clean any glass doors leading outside
• Clean any French doors

Laundry Room

• Dust washer and dryer
• Clean utility sink
• Dust any shelving
• Sweep and mop floors
• Vacuum rugs

General

• Blinds and baseboards are cleaned on a rotation schedule every two months (Unless instructed otherwise)
• Ceiling fans are cleaned on a rotation schedule every month
• All trash cans emptied
• Glass doors leading outside and French doors cleaned
